In December of 2012, Tiffany joined The Advertising Club of New York as their first Foundation and Inclusion Manager where she runs i’mPART, an initiative developed to raise awareness of the benefits of diversity in business and rally professionals around a shared movement.
Prior to her position at The Ad Club, Tiffany spent seven years at The One Club where she developed and directed award winning diversity programs, which included the international One Club Creative Boot Camp and the ‘Where Are All The Black People?’ career fair series. Tiffany also ran The One Club’s education department where she worked with 130 schools and universities in 25 countries for The One Show Young Ones Competition. She also developed, planned and hosted various events and programs that helped students and young professionals build their portfolios, receive advice from industry influentials and thought leaders, helped them receive scholarships and in many cases, land a job.
In addition to her role at The Ad Club, Tiffany continues to contribute to the industry when she’s not in the office. She regularly mentors high school and college students, sits on the executive board of the Madison’s Browne Fellowship, continuously searches for new talent by judging applications for The LAGRANT Foundation and Marcus Graham Project, and is a proud member of the ADCOLOR family – both as a 2010 Rising Star alumna, as well as a former member of the Advisory Board.
