John du Pre Gauntt is the founder of Media Dojo and is an expert on the business impact of interactive technologies on the media and marketing industries.
He has advised some of the world’s largest advertising agencies, professional services firms, technology providers and start-up companies. His written analysis of the intersection of media, technology and economics has been published by The Economist Intelligence Unit, eMarketer, The World Economic Forum and the National Association of Television and Programming Executives (NATPE). John’s commentary and data on digital media and marketing has been featured by leading business publications including the Wall Street Journal, Time, Washington Post, Boston Globe, and Chicago Tribune among others.
John has a Master of Science degree with distinction in Information Systems from The London School of Economics. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and an Associate of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Tennessee. John holds black belts in three different Oriental disciplines, and was a state champion and AAU All-American in full contact karate.
