Caroline Dettman is the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Creative Officer at The Female Quotient, where she leverages her creative craft to solve branding, marketing, culture, workplace, and communications challenges in unique ways that inspire action and deliver impact. Prior to joining The FQ, Dettman co-founded HHB Consulting, a woman-owned and diversity-led business, where she worked with companies to tackle equity for all differently and authentically. Fast Company featured Dettman and HHB on its Most Innovative Global Companies List in 2022.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Dettman spent 20+ years as a creative leader in marketing and communications. She served as the global Chief Creative Officer at Golin, a global IPG agency where she delivered award-winning creative campaigns - from Cannes Lions to PR Week to Clios for McDonald’s, Clif Bar and Unilever among others. Prior to that she served as a creative and business leader at Edelman.
Dettman was inducted into PR Week’s Hall of Femme in 2019 and in June of 2020 became a TEDx speaker with a talk entitled "During Times of Crisis, Does America Have Her Back?" She has also been honored by the 3% Conference with the Three Cheers Award for advancing diversity and recognized as an inaugural Female Frontier Award recipient as a Champion of Change by Campaign US.
Dettman serves on Uniting Voices Chicago's Executive Board, a globally renowned non-profit which seeks to create a harmonious world, changing the lives of children through the power of music.
