The summer is quickly approaching, which means that Generation Z college students all across the country are preparing for summer internship programs. Summer internships are one of the most coveted and beneficial opportunities for undergraduate students during their four years in college. Although the expectation of employers change by industry, location and skill sets, there are a few general ways you can prepare for your internship that will make your employers proud. I sat down with two college students, Nikita Chatterjee and Suhaila Alomar, to #AskGenZ how they best prepare for their summer internship experiences.
