As Senior Partner of Global Corporate Development at GroupM, Ramiro works with the group leadership to develop and refine the acquisitions and investments strategy. This means, he oversees the identification, evaluation, and implementation of M&As, investments, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. In this role, Ramiro focuses his attention on the development of new business models that enhance GroupM’s strategy globally, regionally, and locally.
Ramiro is part of the prestigious WPP MBA Fellowship program -- a holistic, multi-disciplined leadership program that consists of three, twelve-month senior rotations within the WPP operating companies, globally.
Ramiro was named an International Media Rising Star by M&M Global in 2016.
Before WPP, he began his career at Procter & Gamble in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ramiro was the Trade Marketing Manager responsible for the Oral Care and Feminine Care businesses, where he successfully led several product launches, including the Oral-B/Crest ‘3D-White’ line. He has also worked as an Account Executive for P&G, where he managed the biggest pharmacy client in the country.
Ramiro holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from ITBA (Buenos Aires Institute of Technology).
Ramiro currently lives in New York, and is an aficionado of wine tasting, steak grilling, and sous-vide cooking.
