Leading the Programmatic Strategy for Havas Media's trading desk for the North Americas with the current title of SVP Programmatic Strategy, she oversees the strategic process, efficiency, establishing new partnerships and creating the vision for all offices across the US and Canada.
Prior to working at Havas Media, Melissa oversaw and managed the ad operations teams for multiple ad tech companies such as Genesis Media - managing and building the programmatic capabilities as well as operations and business intelligence processes.
