MediaVillage columnist Kelsey "Kels" Davis, is cofounder and chief executive officer of CLLCTVE, an agency that develops collegiate creatives, in partnership with universities across the country, to develop creative solutions for brands looking to reach the Generation Z consumer market. Kelsey Davis, who writes the MediaVillage column "#AskGenZ," is an emerging thought leader on content production, trends, music, and advertising related to Gen Z markets.
Prior to CLLCTVE, Kelsey worked in production for Condé Nast Entertainment and UniWorld Group. Hailing from Atlanta, she was the youngest recipient of the 100 Black Men Inc. "Image Award" and the 2015 Volunteer of the Year for YMCA Atlanta. Kelsey attended SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University to study television, radio, and film, as well as innovation, design, and start-ups, on the full-tuition Posse Foundation leadership scholarship.
