As a 16-year veteran of the media industry, Craig Sender '97 has worked for the Disney Internet Group, Dan Klores Communications, Ruder Finn, eMarketer, PKPR, and most recently as vice president of Trylon SMR. In January 2013 he earned his master's degree in communications management from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University. Sender is currently an adjunct professor at Boston University's School of Communications. He is an adviser for South-by-Soutwest's Student Start-Up Madness and the Newhouse Digital Entrepreneurship mentor program and is a judge for the Mirror Awards. Originally from Central New Jersey, Sender resides in Brookline, Mass. with his wife (Sharon), 7-year-old daughter (Hannah), 4-year-old son (Caleb) and schnoodle (Forest). He lived and worked in New York City from 1997 to 2009. A media junkie, sports nut and avid fantasy football/baseball/basketball participant, Sender was named 2009 BusinessWeek softball team MVP and is currently the starting third baseman for the Temple Israel Men's Softball All-Stars.
