In celebration of Black History Month, OUTFRONT -- in conversation with senior leaders from 100 Black Men of America, Chameleon Collective, Hue and Varo -- will discuss the increasingly important role brands must play in harnessing the power of culture to accurately portray diversity in their marketing efforts.
Inclusive marketing requires making intentional choices that consider the broader audience in an effort to influence positive social change. Brands and agencies that incorporate diversity, equity and inclusion in their marketing efforts are often able to build a deeper connection with audiences and develop stronger consumer loyalty. In fact, research shows that nearly two-thirds of consumers take action after seeing an ad they consider to be diverse or inclusive.
We're excited to announce the next edition of our "Influenced by OUTFRONT" leadership series: "The Power of Inclusive Marketing." This conversation will take place this Thursday, February 24 at 4 p.m. EST with special guests:
- Tasha Blackman, Vice President Marketing, Chameleon Collective
- Michael Graham, Chief of Marketing & Communications, 100 Black Men of America
- Halle Hutchison, Chief Brand Officer, Varo
- Fahad Khawaja, Founder & President, Hue
The moderator will be DJ Duronslet, Co-Chief Diversity Officer, OUTFRONT.
