Marta Martinez, Senior Vice President Advertising at AOL took the stage at the July 2016 She Runs It Stages Summit to speak on transformation and how we can seek to define ourselves as individuals. (She Runs It was formerly known as AWNY, or Advertising Women of New York.)
Marta was born in Barcelona and came of age in a new democracy, leading her to challenge the status quo. Since moving to America in her 20s she has discovered new ways of defining herself, which she shares in the video.
