Both number one seeds from each conference went down in seven games, the Toronto Maple Leafs finally broke a 19-year curse and made it out of the first round, and we saw more road victories than anyone could have ever predicted. When it comes to playoffs in professional sports, none of them quite stack up to the NHL.
