In this edition of In the Loop, Kelly Kozakevich celebrates Hispanic Hertigage month by calling attention to three TikTok creators who are spreading awareness of their cultural heritage. Fernanda Cortesx has created over 100 videos in a series she calls Badass Latinas in History. She educates her followers on inspiring Latina trailblazers. Paola Garcia isn't afraid of difficult topics or sharing them on her TikTok account. With a goal to educate people around the complexities of the Latinx community, her content is engaging, real and thought provoking. Francisco Viera produces hilarious skits, translates English songs into Spanish and encourages others to be proud of their culture.
