Diversity and Inclusion have been top of workplace conversation. When we hear the word diversity we tend to think in terms of gender or race, but the definition spans far beyond this.
Today we're fortunate to be joined by Ann Weeby, vice president of workforce innovation, at Salesforce. Ann is leading Salesforce Military, the company's Military Veteran and Adult Workforce Development program to place underrepresented talent in the Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce was an early mover in the corporate impact space both externally and internally with its !% program, variety of ERGS. Thanks to Ann and her group's efforts, the company is helping impact policies locally and across the county. Her creativity in putting skills learned in the military to work she has made the lives of children better too thanks to her work with Kaboom, the playground building non-profit.
