Host Christian Taylor is happy to see original programming from the late mobile streamer Quibi surface on Roku, but he has a few questions. Now that viewers have a chance to get hooked all over again -- or for the first time -- will they be left hanging after the final episodes, or might Roku produce additional seasons? If there are additional seasons to come, will episode lengths be closer to normal or Quibi-length? And most importantly, what happened to Quibi's distinctive "vertical view" option? And on that subject, although we have the likes of IGTV and Snap Originals these days, creating high-quality vertical content has yet to fully come to form. Given that millions of people all but live on their phones, what's up with that? Creatives love a challenge, Taylor says, so why not see who could actually do it best and come up with something that suits the format?
