Publicis Media U.S. Acquires Digital Marketing Agency Dysrupt

The performance-driven digital marketing agency will augment Publicis Media’s performance capabilities and media strategies

Publicis Media U.S. has acquired Dysrupt, a performance-driven digital marketing agency recognized for its innovative approach to paid media, creative and measurement. Dysrupt specializes in helping brands navigate the complexities of the modern digital ecosystem with a focus on driving measurable results through their comprehensive service suite.

With the addition of Dysrupt’s proprietary media solution, the Impact Advertising System (IAS), existing Publicis Media clients will immediately have access to improved, full-service advertising management, with an emphasis on privacy and innovation. The comprehensive service suite offered through IAS is comprised of media buying technology to enhance media quality and effectiveness; performance creative technology to improve performance from UGC to genAI ads; and a cookieless measurement system to drive sustained value for clients.

Founded in 2019 by Jarod Haness and Nate Lorenzen, Dysrupt has optimized campaign performance and driven brand awareness across advertising verticals with expertise in ecommerce, entertainment, fintech, health & wellness and subscription. Under the deal terms, Dysrupt CEO Peter Muzzonigro, CRO Jarod Haness and COO Nate Lorenzen will join Publicis Media, reporting to Chris Boothe, CEO of Publicis Media U.S.
