As the Media Financial Management Association (MFM) concluded its 2024 Annual Conference today, the association announced that Marie Tedesco, CFO of Beasley Broadcast Group, was elected to serve as MFM’s Chair of its Board of Directors for 2024-2025. Other officers elected to the MFM board include Vice Chair Jenna Hardy, CFO of Gearbox Entertainment; Secretary Beth Bramowski, CAO and Controller of Audacy; and treasurer Lori Brock of Gray Television. Board terms begin on October 1, 2024.
Joseph J. Annotti, the Association’s President and CEO, also serves as a member of the Executive Committee.
MFM members also elected three new members to the MFM Board of Directors for a three-year term also beginning on October 1, 2024. The new directors are:
- Ryan Laninga, Bonneville International
- Deborah Newman, Grant Thornton
- Victor Kao, RSM US LLP
“The MFM officers and board members play a critical role in developing the strategic plan and setting the direction for the association. Thanks to the outstanding leadership of outgoing Chair Lori Locke of Warner Bros. Discovery, MFM made tremendous strides over the past year, increasing the value of both individual and corporate membership, and raising awareness of the association among financial professionals in the media and entertainment industry,” said Annotti. “Our new treasurer will join our officers – who each have been serving on the board for one to three years – in continuing their commitment to further advancing MFM’s value proposition to expand the association’s information, education, and networking benefits to more financial professionals in all sectors of the industry.”
Annotti added, “The three new board members, who were elected for the dedication they’ve demonstrated on MFM committees and networks, are excellent examples of the caliber of the membership and leadership of the organization. They will serve to help refine and execute our strategic plan. I also want to thank our outgoing board members, who contributed greatly to the success of MFM over the past three years.”
