To understand how the 4A's Foundation is developing high school students for careers in the advertising industry and supporting multicultural professionals at all levels, look no further than Kennedy Studdard. As the program manager for the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program's (MAIP's) alumni community and for the education programs at the 4A's Foundation, Kennedy works with two high schools in the New York tri-state area to help shine a light on possible career paths and supports the professional development of the MAIP Alumni across many facets. In this #Ask-GenZ conversation, Kennedy shares her experiences related to her work, the MAIP program and personal advice for the younger generation. The importance of lifting each other up is clearly what she's all about.
