Jada Atwood, Sierra Addams and Jaliah Robinson have been part of the MediaVillage team this summer, having come to us via the 2022 IRTS Summer Fellowship Program. The IRTS Foundation selects 40 lucky applicants to be involved in its annual nine-week Fellowship Program. The first week includes an all-expenses-paid trip to New York City for an in-person orientation. That is followed by eight weeks working remotely as summer interns at leading media companies, often with top executives and managers -- some of them former Fellows. In this special edition of #Ask-GenZ, host Kelly Kozakevich talks with Jada, Sierra and Jaliah about what they have learned while working at MediaVillage this summer. They also share advice for future interns and explain why it's okay to not know exactly what career you want to pursue. And they stress the importance of setting your own boundaries within your job, so you don’t get burned out.
