Improved Employee Evaluation to Create Accelerated Company Growth and Improved Ethical Practices

Most companies evaluate their employees via a formal six month document which a boss creates about what and how his direct reports have done in the most recent six months.

Because I strongly believe this method can be improved significantly, I got my Saatchi & Saatchi agency to execute the following program:

1) The boss meets with his direct reports personally every six weeks to hear how they think they're doing and how he thinks they're doing.

2) This process improves the boss/staff relationship.

3) This process improves the staff's competence and the company's growth.

4) The six month report includes the results of the six week meetings

NOTE:

When I presented this idea to Saatchi's worldwide CEO Board Chair, he had me mentor all of Saatchi's worldwide HR Directors. All implemented my program.

I strongly believe this is a common sense idea that should become a common ethical practice in companies to help them accelerate company growth via improved relationships.

If any readers of my idea here want to reach out to me, I'll give you the music which accompanies my words above, email me at michaeldjdonahue@gmail.com
