With Valentines Day just around the corner, love is most certainly in the air -- especially when it comes to Hallmark Channel. That includes loving and caring for pets. The network throughout the month of February will in a huge way call attention to its rescue initiative, Adoption Ever After, with its 1st Annual Cat Bowl (Feb. 2), Kitten Bowl VI (Feb. 3) and the two-night 2019 American Rescue Dog Show event (Feb. 17 and 18). Hallmark is giving viewers a sneak peek to what's in store this Saturday, as actress Alison Sweeney, Home & Family resident pet rescue expert Larissa Wohl and Hallmark Channel mascot Happy the Dog treat viewers to a first look at the network’s upcoming offerings (including four new Valentine's Day movies, as well). “It's a huge month for Hallmark Channel, with all of the animal shows premiering, and for Adoption Ever After, our initiative to get all animals out of shelters and into loving forever homes,” Wohl exclaimed during an exclusive chat with MediaVillage. “It’s just wonderful.
