Kevin McGurn likes to credit his older brother as a better musician and his younger brother as a better athlete. That same humble quality extends to his career, in which he is quick to credit his colleagues for accomplishments that he certainly shares. Kevin, in this wide-ranging Legends & Leaders conversation with Jack Myers, shares the many principles that have contributed to his success in the media business, with a focus on his leadership at Vevo.

"In music or on an athletic field," he says, "practice is the most important part of everything that you're going to be doing and it's the most important part of the ultimate performance. I think that those disciplines and a lot of that time spent translates into all sorts of things in life -- that's why you'll find a lot of musicians, a lot of athletes, a lot of performers in the business world becoming successful." Learn more about Kevin's influences, passions and lessons for life. Watch this week's Legends & Leaders conversation.
