Cadent’s Stacie Pearson Shares Her Views on Working Moms, the "New" Realities of Work and More

As the world begins to reopen post-COVID19, companies are realizing that their old ways won’t work anymore. One of the factors driving this change is the ever-increasing volume of working moms pushing for their needs to be met. Flexible work hours, job shares and more are on their way to becoming the norm.

Stacie Pearson, Cadent’s (recently promoted) Director of Sales for National Cable, Broadcast & Advanced TV, shares with us the evolution of advertising sales that she has witnessed during her career. Historically a male-dominated industry, Pearson is heartened by the success she has enjoyed in getting closer to work/life balance. To what does she believe she owes this success? Perseverance, being a team player, and maintaining a positive attitude have all played a part.
