Liodice elaborated on the two primary initiatives that support equality and inclusion. “We've created two efforts to be able to pursue that," he explained. "One is #SeeHer, which is focused in on gender equality.” (Listen to his thoughts on #SeeHer.) “The other is what we call AIMM, which is the Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing.

"The first is to enhance our focus on diversity and the second is to encourage client-side marketers to be able to pursue multicultural marketing as a vehicle for driving businesses and brands.” (Learn more about AIMM.)
