“Are you supporting tomorrow’s business with yesterday’s teams?” This was the thought-provoking question posed by Megan Hobson, Americas Administration Leader of EY, at the inaugural Advancing Diversity Honors held January 10 during CES. Hobson accepted the honor on behalf of EY’s Neurodiversity Program which helped the company garner the #1 rating on DiversityInc’s ranking of the top 50 companies in diversity and inclusion.
