About Jamell Mitchell:
Hiren Shukla leads EY’s automation efforts and the Neurodiverse Account Support Centers of Excellence, which were recognized in the innovation category of EY’s global internal awards program, Better begins with you. In this role, Hiren drives innovation opportunities that allow EY to operate seamlessly across global teams while managing enterprise-wide projects. He is the strategic link responsible for converting the neurodiversity inclusiveness effort into commercial application for exceptional client service. Hiren was the 2016 Americas Inclusiveness Leader, and he previously gained extensive international experience building the EY Global Delivery Service model, spending five years on assignment in India.
About Megan Dobson:
Megan spent the majority of her career in the firm's Transaction Advisory Services practice, including serving as the Americas TAS Quality and Risk Management Leader. Prior to joining EY, she worked in the financial services audit practice of another Big Four firm. Megan has significant experience in providing transaction-related services to a variety of companies, including corporate and private equity clients. Megan holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics/accounting from the College of the Holy Cross. She serves on the Board of Directors for the US Business Leadership Network (a national non-profit that helps business drive performance by leveraging disability inclusion in the workplace, supply chain, and marketplace) and the Board of Trustees for Ursuline Academy (a private college preparatory school for girls).
Megan is an active supporter of EY’s College MAP program and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization.
