She Runs It invited media, marketing and advertising professionals to share stories for a day of inspiration and empowerment at the Stages Summit in Chicago on July 19, 2016.
Jill Kelly, Chief Marketing Officer, NA, of DigitasLBi, told her very personal story of being a Korean adoptee growing up in a largely Irish and Italian neighborhood in New York City. Unable to speak English when she first arrived in New York, Jill struggled to communicate. So her path to a career in communications is extraordinary as is her path to self-discovery.
